Pearl Beach Yoga takes place at the Pearl Beach Community Hall, every TUESDAY , THURSDAY, and SUNDAY. If you are new to yoga, or just prefer a gentler practice, come along on Thursday morning or, if you like to sweat, see you Tuesday night or Sunday!
No booking is required. Please arrive 10 mins early.
We supply mats, but you are more than welcome to bring your own.
If you can, try not to eat an hour and a half before a class (life is busy, fruit is a great if you must)
Try not to over hydrate before a class, a little water goes a long way.
Bring a towel and water.

Yoga style description
Embrace a state of flow. This yoga class is dynamic, explorative and challenging. Incorporating breath (pranayama), creative sequencing, anatomical focus areas and traditional teachings, it’s the ultimate of intelligent asana. Using the physical body as a tool of transformation and self-discovery, we take you deep into the physical experience so as to surpass worldly distractions and arrive at a quieter place a little closer to home.
Find release and balance. This subtle practice aims to still both the mind and body, offering an opportunity for deep stretching, meditation as well as physical relaxation. Working towards depth from a place of surrender, Pearl Beach Yoga's Yin targets the body’s energetic system and fascial tissue supporting opening the bodies tissues up to 10mins per asana. Both systems are an integral part of achieving unity across body and mind. When functioning together, we create optimal communication, mobility and structure throughout the body.
Ideal for both beginner students and also more advanced students who would like a slower practice and a chance to fine-tune their alignment. Our hatha yoga classes consist of a short meditation, breathing exercises, sun salutations (not always), standing and seated postures. This strengthens, cleanses and relaxes your body and mind. All classes have a final relaxation pose in order to integrate the session and some classes include mantra as well. A well balanced practice for any day of the week.
